Watch Repairs

Who better to trust with your watch than a company who used to manufacture their own watches? Although this became commercially unviable in the early 80's, Robert Openshaw turned its attention to repairs retaining time served, skilled watch craftsmen.

Most repairs can be completed within 2 weeks and are undertaken by skilled craftsmen in our workshops. All come with a 6 month guarantee*.
 
We undertake the repair of most watch brands, both mechanical and quartz, as well as specialist timepieces such as divers’ watches, so long as parts are still available. We have a specialism in Rolex, Omega, Longeines, Tissot, Rotary & Raymond Weil.

The majority of repairs can be quoted for if you bring the watch into our showroom.

There is no charge for an estimate even if we have to send it to the workshop for examination. We will advise you before proceeding if we discover that any previously unanticipated work is required. You will be contacted when the repair has been completed, and the item will be held safely until you are able to collect it.

*Certain watch brands will be returned to the manufacturer for repair or servicing. All repairs are guaranteed in addition to your statutory rights. A price list is displayed in-store to reflect the current price of parts, and an individual estimate is offered on booking your item in/receipt issued.
